Our BJJ San Clemente Academy is home to Beachbody workouts, including P90X, Insanity, Turbo Jam, Slim in 6 and many more. Every Sunday morning, Independent Beachbody Coach Rachel Lickley, will take you through one of these fun, sweat breaking, heart pumping workouts. These workouts are always FREE to the public!

Bring your towel, your water, and a great attitude!

This 1 hour workout happens every Sunday, from 10 am to 11am at our BJJ San Clemente Academy. If you are interested just arrive 10 minutes earlier. After the workout, Rachel blends up some P90X recovery drink and we sample Shakeology (the healthiest meal of the day).

Sunday, November 14th, Rachel will take you through the workout P90X – PlyoX! Jump training! “You can do anything for 30 seconds!”
