Focus on progressing your Martial Arts skills 1% each day, leaving room for improvement tomorrow, but pushing yourself further than yesterday. Furthermore, the same can be applied in other segments of life, such as work, friends, and family. Solid and sustainable results shall come in the long run, as long as you keep focused on your goals and thinking big. Keep your head in the sky and your feet on the mat!”, Andre says.
