San Clemente Jiu Jitsu brings to you one more BJJ Move of the Week, with no cost. Last week BJJ Black Belt 4 stripes Paulo Guillobel taught you how to defend against an armbar. This week, our Jiu-Jitsu San Clemente Head Instructor teaches you another scape from another BJJ submission, the triangle chock.

“To attack well, you must first learn how to defend yourself properly”, Guillobel says out loud to all his beginner students from the Adults BJJ Fundamentals Program. So please watch this video and add this BJJ defense to your game.

Always remember: Safety comes first. This video offered by San Clemente Jiu-Jitsu is intended just to review the technique taught at our Orange County Martial Arts School. Practice at your own risk and under supervision of a professional Martial Artist , preferable a Certified Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. We are not responsible for any accident related to this video.
